Background Story
As a child, I spent a lot of time “roughing-in” homes to help my father, a developer and builder in the 1960s and 70s.
In the 1980s, I operated my own building company, building and remodeling homes for years. And since I've lived in Kansas City all my life, I can most likely brief you on the history of whatever home we’re looking at: who the builder was and how solid is the workmanship.
In fact, I often find that the properties I show to clients are the same ones I either built or remodeled years before. It’s an added bonus: As your Broker who knows the properties I can tell you whether the construction is of good quality.
